Let’s Get Together
The Rebeckha Lynn Whitefield Foundation was established for the sole purpose of supporting the youth of the Greater Attleboro area, mainly through the youth organizations within the community.
Coach Whitefield's daughter Rebeckha tragically lost her life in 2008, as a result of an automobile accident. She was a junior at Attleboro High School, where she was a member of the Varsity Field Hockey and Track programs, as well as other school organizations. Throughout the years, she participated in many of Attleboro’s youth programs and in addition to this, was an accomplished Western Equestrian rider.
Becky, as her family and friends so affectionately called her, touched an unbelievable amount of lives not only here in the City of Attleboro, but in surrounding areas as well. Due to the overwhelming outpouring of love for Becky and support for her family and friends, a charitable foundation in her memory was established. By creating this non-profit entity, the organization is able to preserve Coach Whitefield's daughter's legacy, by providing for the youth in the city in which she was so actively involved.
Rebeckha’s foundation has already committed to providing financial support of over $400,000 to the following programs / organizations:
